Frog Craft Made with Paper Strips

It’s easy to be creative when you have something on your mind to do! This paper strip frog craft is not only super easy to make, it’s also something you’ve probably never done before.

With just a few supplies, you’ll be making this frog in no time.

The pink flower on the lotus helps make this frog craft even more fun!

How to make frog crafts with paper strips

What do you need:

  • toilet paper roll
  • red, green, dark green, pink papers
  • pencil
  • scissors
  • Glue
  • pink pompom
  • big eyes

Used materials

step by step tutorial

Head

Cut a strip from the toilet paper roll.

Stage 1

Measure with green paper…

…and cut a strip of the same size.

Stage 3

Glue the green strip to the roll.

Mouth

Mark the same strip size on the red paper.

And cut it.

Step 6

Cut the strip in half.

Step 7

Go ahead and insert a half strip (tongue) into the roll.

Step 8

eyes

Cut another strip of green paper.

Step 9

Wrap it around my pen…

…and paste it.

Step 11

Make two rolls and glue the rough eyes on them.

These will be the frog’s eyes.

Draw the legs and arms on strips of green paper.

Cut them.

Body

Roll a larger strip and glue it.

Begin to bend your arms and legs.

Fold in about half of the strip.

The top view should look like this.

Glue them to the body.

Glue the front legs from the inside.

The front legs should cross in front of the frog.

Glue the head onto the body.

Draw a lotus shape on dark green paper and cut it out.

Go ahead and put the frog on it.

Slice

Cut a thin strip of red paper and use scissors to roll it.

Glue it inside the frog’s head. This will be the frog’s tongue.

Draw a flower on pink or red paper.

Cut off the tips of the leaves and round them.

Glue a pink pompom in the center of the flower.

Now glue the flower to the lotus.

Your frog is finished!

How to make frog crafts with paper strips
What do you need:
toilet paper roll
red, green, dark green, pink papers
pencil
the scissors
glue stick
pink pompom
wide eyes

Step by step tutorial
The head
Cut a strip from the toilet paper roll.

Measure it with green paper…

…and cut a strip of the same size.

Glue the green tape to the roll.

The mouth
Mark the same size of the strip on the red paper.

And cut it out.

Cut the strip in half.

Go ahead and stick half a strip (the tongue) inside the roll.

The eyes
Cut another strip from the green paper.

Wrap it around the pencil…

…and glue it together.

Make two rolls and glue the googly eyes to them.

These will be the eyes of the frog.

Legs
Draw the legs and arms on the strips of green paper.

Cut them out.

The body
Roll up a larger strip and glue it together.

Start bending the arms and legs.

Fold about half of the strip.

The top view should look like this.

Glue them to the body.

Glue the front legs from the inside.

The front legs should go through the front of the frog.

Glue the head on top of the body.

Draw a water lily shape on the dark green paper and cut it out.

Go ahead and stick the frog on it.

Language
Cut a thin strip of red paper and use scissors to wrap it around.

Glue it inside the frog head. This will be the frog’s tongue.

Draw a flower on pink or red paper.

Cut it out and roll up the tips of the petals.

Glue a pink pompom in the middle of the flower.

Now glue the flower on the water lily.

Your frog is finished!
