Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga Droid Factory Frenzy walkthrough

Once you enter the droid factory, you’ll be playing as Anakin and Padmé with C-3PO and R2-D2 elsewhere on the map. You can switch between the two anywhere throughout this chapter – and you need to do this to solve the puzzles.

After eliminating the enemies with Padmé’s weapon, you will be replaced by the robots. Use C-3PO to destroy the nearby glowing structure and transform it into a bridge to reach the mission marker.

Once passed, destroy the glowing object (again) and rebuild it in a console for R2-D2. Activate the console and switch back to Anakin. Use Force to dislodge the unactivated battery and make it touch the activated battery. Put it back to its original position.

Go down the newly opened ramp to get down to the conveyor belt. Follow the task marker. When you reach the end of the conveyor belt, go back to the robots. Follow the task marker through the open channel to the assembly line. Using one of the barrels filled with droid parts, jump through the opening to the assembly line on the right.

Defeat the enemies there and follow the mission marker to jump the gap again with barrels full of droids. Destroy the glowing orange pieces on the wall to open a new area.

Again, destroy the glowing structure and turn it into a console for C-3PO. Use the console to break the wall. When the car moves with the power supply, make R2-D2 use the newly opened console.

Climb the moving wall of the oven as Anakin and Padmé. Use Anakin’s lightsaber to cut through the glowing wall on the left. Completely destroy the structure behind the wall and turn it into a console for Padmé.

Run along the newly opened road and eliminate enemies along the way. At the end of the road, enter the zipline on the right.

Destroy the structures in front of the big door (where you fell from the zip line) and rebuild on two levers for Padmé and Anakin. Jump button while playing as one of them; another will follow.

[Ed. note: During one of our playthroughs, the structures in front of the door didn’t break correctly for us, not allowing us to rebuild it into the required levers to clear the level. We ended up having to restart the level to solve this, but we couldn’t find a fix for this bug other than restarting the level completely.]

As the exit appears, Padmé will be captured by the invaders. As R2-D2, quickly follow the quest markers to grab a pole and activate the console.

Padmé will fall, but the gang will be captured by Jango Fett, marking the end of the level.

Droid Factory Frenzy Challenges

pass through danger

After jumping onto the treadmill, jump onto the hydraulic press just in front of the second treadmill. As the pressure builds, climb the glowing blue handles to grab a hidden rope to complete this challenge.

mind control drone

Use Jedi Mind Cheats on a Geonosian to pit them against each other. (You’ll need to use a Jedi character like Anakin to do this.) The best place to do this is when Padmé uses his corresponding console and many enemies spawn. Enemies suitable for mind control will have a blue mist over their heads.

There’s nothing to be around

Save Padmé within 30 seconds to complete this task. You can do this easily by quickly switching to R2-D2 when captured, because R2 can pass by without having to fight enemies.

Once you get into the droid factory, you’ll be playing as Anakin and Padmé, with C-3PO and R2-D2 on another part of the map. At any part during this segment, you can swap between the two — and you’ll need to do that to solve the puzzles.
After taking out the enemies with Padmé’s gun, you’ll swap places with the robots. Use C-3PO to destroy the nearby glowing structure and rebuild it into a bridge to get to the quest marker.

Once you get across, destroy the glowing object (again) and rebuild it into a console for R2-D2. Activate the console and swap back to Anakin. Use The Force to wiggle the un-activated battery out of place and make it touch the activated battery. Place it back in its original location.

Head down the newly-opened chute to land on a conveyor belt. Follow the quest marker through. Once you hit the end of the conveyor belt, swap back to the robots. Follow the quest marker down the open chute onto the assembly line. Jump across the gap to the right assembly line by using one of the barrels full of droid parts.

Again, destroy the glowing structure and rebuild it into a console for C-3PO. Use the console to break the wall. Once the cart has moved in with the energy source, make R2-D2 use the newly-opened console.
As Anakin and Padmé, climb up the furnace wall that started moving. Use Anakin’s lightsaber to cut through the sparking wall on the left. Completely destroy the structure behind the wall and rebuild it into a console for Padmé.
Run down the newly-opened path and take out enemies along the way. At the end of the path, take the zipline on the right.
Destroy the structures in front of the big door (where you landed off the zipline) and rebuild them into two levers for Padmé and Anakin. Jump on the lever while playing as one of them; the other will follow.
[Ed. note: During one of our playthroughs, the structures in front of the door didn’t break correctly for us, not allowing us to rebuild it into the required levers to clear the level. We ended up having to restart the level to solve this, but we couldn’t find a fix for this bug other than restarting the level completely.] As the exit is in sight, Padmé will get scooped up by raiders. As R2-D2, follow the quest markers quickly to grapple on to a post and activate the console.
Padmé will drop, but the gang will get captured by Jango Fett, marking the end of the level.

Mind Control Drone
Use Jedi Mind Tricks on a Geonosian to turn them against each other. (You’ll need to use a Jedi character like Anakin to do this.) The best place to do this is after Padmé uses her respective console and many enemies spawn. Eligible enemies for mind control will have the blue fog around their heads.
No Hanging Around
To complete this challenge, save Padmé within 30 seconds. You can do this easily by quickly switching to R2-D2 when she gets taken, as R2 can run by enemies without having to fight them.
