If you’re ready to create a pop-up Christmas card, you can start by printing out your favorite template. Which model will be your favourite?

Check out all the fun designs to choose from!

You can also print one of the templates in color. This is a great way to go if your child just prefers to print a template and put it together.

Go ahead and cut out your chosen template.

Fold it in half after printing.

Cut along the dotted lines to cut the mouth.

The result should look like this!

Pay attention to the corners of your mouth….

Then fold as you see in the picture.

As you can see, this gives the mouth a swollen appearance.

Refold the card so that the crease remains.

After opening, you can see the result. How cute is this pop-up mouth?

Now you will take some glue and glue the back of the template to a piece of red cardstock.

Now the mouth opens and closes when the card is opened and closed.
